By downloading, installing, or using Pro Football Coach (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
Pro Football Coach is free to download and includes optional in-app purchases: auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features; one-time unlocks for individual game modes and leagues, which do not expire; and consumable coin packs spent on in-game items. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred out of the App, and are non-refundable once spent.
All payments are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Career Transfer lets you intentionally move supported career data between compatible Football Coach titles through a self-contained transfer link. The link can contain player or coach identity, career history and related transfer data. Anyone who receives a transfer link may be able to read the career data encoded in it, so you are responsible for where you share it.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Pro Football Coach is a work of fiction: its leagues, conferences, divisions, clubs, coaches and players are invented, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real football league, club, players' association or broadcaster. Real city names are used only to describe where a fictional club plays.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in California, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
We may modify these Terms by updating the Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
